Went to Vil'age with Pei, Yanx n Sexy OL after reading Kai's bloggie regarding the quality of food there after the takeover of Marche by Vil'age
1st course of the day: All- time fav rosti with CHEESE SAUSAGE =P

For this, mi n yanx thot the root beer tasted weird but pei n sexy OL found it to be normal
hmmmmm.......
Next up: Set dinnerFor soup we had 3 choices: Bavarian Potato soup, Tomato Soup and Cream of Mushroom
Don't know why the 4 of us burst out laughing after seeing the 1st 2 soups (both were red red de, one of them is some tomato paste) so we decided to go for the most normal one.

We had a choice between Beef, Knuckles, Ham and Roasted ChickenIn the end we chose.....

To end off the day:
Our verdict: The food tasted exactly the same as Marche!
The only exception is that the food is perhaps more expensive. Can't exactly rem the Marche price but the rosti with cheese sausage cost $14! Don't think Marche is this expensive right? However the set dinner is well worth it, costing only $10.90!
Finally, pls go Vil'age with Sexy OL as she has the UOB credit/ debit card, entitled to a 15% discount! Wheeeeeeeeee~
